Began professional coaching career in 2007 as a player coach (Cleveland Indians).
Rejoined Cleveland in 2013 as a minor league hitting coach before being promoted to manager after 2 seasons.
Joined the Los Angeles Dodgers in 2015 as a Coordinator, Skill Development and progressed in the organization as the Asst. Field Coordinator and ultimately Minor League Field Coordinator. World Series Champion 2020.
Was named the Director of Player Development for the Arizona Diamondbacks in 2024 and was promoted to the ML coaching staff in 2025.
Has been a ML Third Base coach and currently holds the title of ML Field Coordinator / INF Coach.
Has been a keynote speaker at various coaching conferences and appeared as a guest on dozens of podcasts.
