The mission of ISG is to educate coaches in Europe so that the game will continue to grow.  Good coaching is the bedrock of any athletic program or system.  Good coaches make the game more enjoyable for the players, and the more enjoyable the game is, the more players want to become part of it.  Create good coaches and the game of baseball flourishes.

Presently, ISG is the only organization that is engaged in educating coaches without having ties to any one national federation or baseball organization.   Each year, hundreds of European coaches are exposed to the best baseball instruction in the world through the clinics.  In the process of learning about baseball, these coaches also learn about our sponsors products and spread the word to their clubs and players.
